nailed it! This was not the flashiest ship I have ever seen. But, that is the charm of this floating resort, it brings a feeling of calm, peace, and simple luxury.
2) Is Holland America only for the older clientele? Although Holland America used to market to this group, it does not necessarily anymore. In fact, as I was departing my tour and passengers were beginning to board, I saw a wide
range of age groups, including families and mid-range adults. At least for the Alaska 7 day market when school is out, there are families booking Holland America.
3) What is a fun feature that Holland America offers? For you wine lovers, Holland America allows you to bring as many bottles onboard as you like. This is different from other cruise lines where you are limited to one bottle per
person. You may drink the bottles in your room, on your balcony, as freely as you wish. If you bring a bottle to your dining table, a small corkage fee applies. This generous policy applies also when you are in port. Did you find
